IQALUIT, Nunavut – Premier Paul Quassa and Cabinet Ministers met this week to discuss priorities for the new government mandate of Nunavut’s fifth Legislative Assembly. The Cabinet retreat wrapped up in Igloolik on Thursday. Effective January 8, 2018: Udloriak (Udlu) Hanson becomes Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Transportation. Sheila Kolola becomes President of the Nunavut Arctic College. "A new Executive Council means a fresh start for our territory, and an opportunity to renew our direction and commitment to our people and partnerships," said Premier Quassa.
