Premier’s update: Good morning. There are still no confirmed or probable cases of COVID-19 in Nunavut. Today, the total number of people under investigation to date is 1,044. 124 people are currently under investigation. We have extended Nunavut’s Public Health Emergency for an additional two weeks, until June 11. Let’s stay safe and aware as we head into another weekend. COVID-19 is still a threat, even as we ease restrictions and slowly work into our new normal. Today, the total number of people under investigation to date is 1010. 122 people are currently under investigation. Today, the total number of people under investigation to date is 948. 261 people are currently under investigation. There is one Nunavut resident on medical travel in Southern Canada who has tested positive for COVID-19. They are doing well, and receiving excellent care. Today, the total number of people under investigation to date is 881. 289 people are currently under investigation. Nunavut’s Public Health Emergency has been extended until May 28. This is a precaution to ensure our continued safety. Premier’s update: Good afternoon. There are still no confirmed or probable cases of COVID-19 in Nunavut. Today, the total number of people under investigation to date is 778. 326 people are currently under investigation and 452 are no longer under investigation. I’m announcing that last week’s decision about charging for mandatory 14-day isolation stays for residents returning to the territory has been reversed, and no one will be charged any fees. Premier’s update: Good afternoon. As we announced earlier, there are no confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Nunavut. Last week’s result was a false positive. I’m sure many people are very relieved, especially the individual, their family and community of Pond Inlet.
